Back at Doctor's Wellness(hence the weigh in). Threw back out 1 1/2 weeks ago so could not go for a week. Feels strange doing PT for back and working out core at Gym. Pain seems to be diminishing but still difficult to walk and stand for more than 20 minutes. Diet is going well staying mostly to a vegetarian diet with some egg and cheese for protein and very little meat (3oz of steak so far this week) All other meat (chicken and a few shrimp) were mixed in with large amounts of vegetables. Took me a week to get used to the green smoothies but now I can't imagine breakfast without one.
321.5 lb Lost so far: 22.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
