For the past 2 weeks, i tried to increase my exercises to include kickboxing class, but that has resulted in cramps and body pain for multiple days, effectively cutting down my number of days. So, this week, i have gone back to just yoga, 3x per week and planning on one weight training day (thursday). Finding this site, has helped me realize that i am eating way less calories than needed, which is the cause of my chronic tiredness.
