well, we tried things his way and they failed. "I want to record my calories in a notebook!" he said. we tried that. did it for two days and failed. I should have known but i gave him the benefit of the doubt. that's okay, on a good day i'm at 152 and a really bad day i was 156. i still think i have strange fluctuations and i don't want to weigh myself for at least another week due to water retention.
