I was unable to work on my challenge Monday, so I started this morning. I think what I'll do is just go Tues, Thur, Sat, take a day off on Sunday and begin on track next Monday. Today went OK, I (we, the dog and I) started off a little slower than the challenge calls for. We weren't quite in sync and are used to walking together but not walking/jogging. We would walk for a couple of minutes and then jog for about 30 seconds and repeat. This way we weren't burned out and frustrated with each other. He is smart and will get the hang of this - probably fasther than me,lol. I'm using "walk,jog" commands for him so we should be in the swing of it soon. I plan to add a few more seconds each jog session and less walking as we continue to coordinate with each other. It was fun overall and I'm looking forward to next time.
