June 3rd, started at 231 lbs in March. Down to 224. I overeat when I'm mad and when snack foods are available. Sometimes I'm tired of eating "what I should" and want ice cream and candy. I'm tired of having to shop in the plus section. Being overweight increases your chances to get almost every disease/cancer.
