You guys, I am so sad! The YMCA in my area made an announcement that they would be temporarily closed due to concerns about the Coronavirus. ☹️ I know it’s for our safety but working out has become a big part of my life. I wake up looking forward to going to the gym. 😔 oh well, going to try this app my friend recommended called FitOn. See if I can’t get in a good workout with that at home. Hope I like it.

I feel the same way.. I go to the Y M-F.. doing all the water aquatics programs.. I look forward to them... I've been going for 8 months... and now I can't... 😢

And good luck to all of you during this hard time as well. Hope you all find something to do while we all stay home. I have been walking in place. I did that today for 35 mins, along with hand weights. Will most likely walk 30 more minutes later when I get a chance. 😊😊
