One week calorie counting. It was interesting tracking what I ate. I can see what foods pack on the calories and which one are less. The trick now will be to stick to healthy low calorie foods that fill me up. But I did lose one pound last week. I also exercised 4 days. Heres to another week and another pound. Cheers!
175.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
