94.5 bike 7.5 walk

10 miles down on my bike and I need to still do either my wii fit walk/run for 3 miles or my walk away the pounds for three miles. We will see. I feel kinda sick and not really wanting to do anything else but I really need to b/c I have been slacking on my workouts and I need to bump it back up again.

Hey buddy nice work on your bike ride, i didnt get out to run the weather was crap, but that is no excuse! i will get to boot camp today for sure, my bag is already packed. Try and eat mostly protiens today to make your bike ride count! xoxo
