Yesterday Labor Day celebration kind of took its toll. ALtho I was prepared with lots of veggies,hummus and salads that I brought myself...once again wine lowered my resistance and I fell victim to a BROWNIE!!It was SO yummy but I was surprised that I could stop with one! When I did the calorie count today for yesterday I was almost surprised that I didnt do as bad as I thought!!Wine once again is the culprit. But I tricked myself by only pouring a few ounces in the glass at a time,drinking slowly, then refilling so it made me feel like I was drinking more! Had a really good time and did not feel diet interfered AT ALL!!!Exercise yesterday was good too...today gym closes early so I may go for walk instead. Dare I take the dogs? I dont think I can handle 4.
PS_ Hummus has more calories than I thought...even tho it is legal in phase one!
