Wow I really slept a LOT last night. Ah well I guess everyone deserves it once in awhile. Normally my back won't even LET me sleep 8 hours much less 10.5!! Usually only if I am sick or I really need it and I have been getting a lot of sleep all week-end and I feel fine. Maybe it's all that fat burning I am doing hehe though I don't feel deprived or like I am stretching myself too far. I am sooo looking forward to some fencing today. I have not actually picked up a blade to spar with some one since April and I miss it horribly. Not being able to fence at Pennsic this year was totally disheartening and was the final straw that eventually brought me here to fat secret. I know it should be my health and that is part of it, so is feeling good about myself and the way aI look but the problem is even as over weight as I am I have a good body most people don't think I am as heavy as I really am and that in and of itself is a blessing and a curse. I have always had high self esteem and still do and I know I am beautiful, but in some ways that can be demotivating (ah go ahead you still look pretty good those chips won't hurt anything) That type of subconscious internal dialog! But now not ONLY is it horrid for my health it is affecting things I LOVE to do like fencing and hiking and White Water Rafting and Skiing! I am really a lover of MANY things active I just need to bring that side of me back to the forefront!
