Found out i'm pregnant again. I'm hoping to lose another 10-15 lb in the 1st trimester. The hard part is eating enough. Nothing sounds good.
224.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 September 2010:
1283 kcal Fat: 34.03g | Prot: 94.97g | Carb: 176.77g.   Breakfast: 100% Whey Protein Powder, chocolate syrup lite, half and half, Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Almond Breeze Original. Lunch: Honeysuckle White Ground Turkey, extreme wellness, pinto beans, 50% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Private Selection Salsa. Dinner: bean soup, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough). Snacks/Other: Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt, hard candy. more...

Congratulations!! Oh, wow, that's so wonderful! I always wanted a large family with lots of kids. God saw fit to give me one son and he really is such a blessing. I got pregnant with him the last time I was in the middle of losing weight so I know how that is :) I hope you find something you can eat! I love babies so I'm really happy for you lol

Thanks. This will be my third in 19 months. Luckily I lost a lot of weight when my twins were born last year. 75 lb in less then 3 months. hope it happens again.
