I look good and feel good. Who cares if I can't get below 190 right now. Some of my size 14s are getting a little baggy! Even though I still suck at doing Rocky Abs, I see my belly getting flatter, and today when I was stretching and yawning in the mirror I saw the sillouette of muscles in my belly region. That was surprising. I don't get sore doing the Rocky Abs - they're hard and I start sweating, but I don't get sore. So I figured they weren't working yet. I have noticed that my belly bulge doesn't continue into my hip region so much. Its like belly bulge, flatness, then hip bulge. Peculiar!

I like that exercising makes me desire healthier food options. This week I've been dining on baked beans, grilled beef tenderloin, grilled tri-color bell peppers, grilled mushrooms, and grilled potatos. I can still eat bread, but maybe like once or twice a week. Its fun because I stay regular now. If I'm not regular then I know that something has got to change.
