Oh no! I'm prepared to get very bloated this week, and its already happening - at least I think it is. My money has to really stretch until next payday, so I have a thin grocery budget. I'm living off of my "emergency" cabinet/long-shelf-life foods. These consist of pastas, cans of tuna, meat from my deep freezer, and pillsbury rolls that I bought for company a few weeks back. Not healthy for me, but I have no choice.

My local grocery has eggs, bag of apples, and brocolli on sale this week. I'm hoping to salvage my health with these pairings or else its just going to be meat and carbs basically - ugh!
