Well, I was pretty concerned when I went out last night and had a half of a drink. I really didn't want it but my friend kept encouraging me to drink it, so I drank half of it and only ended up going down .2 of a pound.
I am not too disappointed because it's not often that I go out with my friend. However, I can truly see how stupid people act when they are drinking and I am glad that I just don't drink. It's just not worth it, and you also gain pounds like crazy too! It's crazy...
I worked very hard yesterday too and was hoping to be around 162 but I am definitely grateful that I lost even anything and I will not complain. I will work hard today in the gym and get to that goal for tomorrow though:) I know I can do it in the Atkins induction phase.
I am also starting that challenege too soon, so that will keep me motivated as well.
Hmmm....we'll see what happens:)
