Went to the nutrionist today and took a medgem test to determine my rate of caloric burn. I discovered that I burn abou 1400 calories a day at rest. This will help motivate me as I pick and choose what I'm eating. As I was just reviewing my entries I realized that I actually eat a lot less veggies than I thought I did. I guess I really need to pump that up.

Brian--There are some different calculators online that can also be used in the meantime.
Dawn--I need to work more veggies in as well. Fortunately, the farmer's markets should be opening soon which means veggies galore for dinner!!
