Well, I am back in the sadle again. Got my walk in at lunch. Instead of walking the parking lot, I drove 5 minutes to an actual track, making it easier to gage my distance. Only downfall is I am not getting the hill that I got in the parking lot.

Hi Alee! Thanks for saying hi. I'm still learning the site. It's nice to see other Atkins people on here. Today is the primary election so I'm walking to the polls later. Exercise is my downfall, I had a knee replacement and there was so much atrophy and scar tissue I don't exercise as I ought to. I need to get back to the gym and swim and do water exercise.
