Good Morning All!
Well today I am off to the school for a couple of hours and then I have to drive into work for a lunch meeting. I woke up and did my exercise video and still feel the burn in my butt and legs. WooHoo!!
I have not had the quiet days at home that I was looking forward to when the kids went to school. Maybe next week, we'll see!!
Yesterday, I got to Curves in the am. They had called in a script for a chest xray for my dad. They said there was no pnuemonia, but it was just the progression of the emphazema. We took dad out for lunch before coming home to get the kids off the bus.
I got a batch of Oprah burgers made and put them in the freezer. Does anyone know how many points those are? I made mine 4 oz. instead of 8 oz.
I might get to make the carrot bran muffins or the hungry girl breakfast cookies tonight we'll see.
Well, I'm off to get the kids on the bus.
By the way twoslow, I did get a little one on one time with hubby yesterday;)LOL

Good job on the early morning workout. I need to do that more often, myself! That's good news that your dad doesn't have pneumonia. I made my Oprah burgers 4 oz, too. I figured that since there was a lot of filler in them and most of it was 0 point stuff or in small enough quantities to be 0 points that it would be safe to count only the points in the turkey. So I figured 3 out 4 of the ounces would be turkey which would put it at 3 points. But if you want to be totally on the safe side, you could count them as 4 points each. LOL at the wink after the mention of "one on one time with hubby"! Hehehehe.
