Have not been recording in my food intake over the last 3 months and happy to report that healthy, portioned eating has finally become a natural habit! Almost at my goal weight! :)
128.3 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
