85 pounds ago.. I was very miserable and yet didn't really "get it". I am much happier and lots of medical such as high blood pressure and sleep apnea are long gone. join me and my wife in our journey of being healthy and fit. Let's lose those unwanted pounds of fat. Your input and encouragements are greatly appreciated
