Today I'm starting to watch what I eat and hopefully cut down on the amount. I'm doing this for my health!!!! I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and last year, I was diagnosed with vocal cord cancer, although they believe they have all the cancer. Thank GOD!

Diet Calendar Entries for 27 August 2008:

I know how it feels to need to lose weight because of health reasons, its tough starting but congrats on making the decision to give it a go. =)
