I have to completely change my diet. I was on Atkins, but just found out I have high cholesterol and am at risk for heart disease. That scares me since my grandma died from that right after I was born. I have decided to immediately get off Atkins and start over Monday on a low cholesterol diet. I'm having a hard time so far since I have never done a diet like this and have NO IDEA where to start except to cut out lots of fat and take lots more fiber. I am trying to find recipes to make, but I'm not having much luck with that either. But, I'm determined to keep losing weight and lower my cholesterol at the same time, so I will keep looking! Meanwhile, I just celebrated my 7 month anniversary of quitting smoking! I can't believe it has been so long! I can't wait until I get to the one year mark!!
