Wow! I had a great dinner tonight. It was a Beef Stroganoff Recipe out of a Cooking Light cookbook. I use this cookbook almost EVERY night. The recipes are great, my family likes them as much as I do, and the BEST thing is...they are quick and easy! The Cookbook is Cooking Light 5 Ingredient 15 Minute Cookbook, and I HIGHLY recommend it! I think I got it at a Southern Living at Home party, or maybe even Longaberger, but that doesn't sound right. I love it though!
