Broke 220 today! Looking at the calendar it took a very reasonable amount of time. To me it felt like I was stuck. I'm through now though. Time to keep going.
219.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 54.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
