Start again on Teusday , after Mieke's b-day. Drank to much , and to much sweet things. Struggelling with right knee , but pushing through pain. Did 45 min on treddmill , and again tonight. Want to lose 1kg a day to be ready end off May to hit the weights again. 11 days to lose 13kg? Did it before so I can do it again!! Lets go!!
