Have lost a little weight. Im starting Weight training today and have been advised that I'm not to watch my weight and measure my weight loss on the inches I lose. I hope I can change my mind set. Wish me luck!!!
232.4 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
