Lucky me. I was just about done typing out today's journal entry and apparently hit a wrong key. Gone with the Wind! Finally got DW out on the trike. We rode over to DD's and visited with her and the grandkids. Took the little 4 year old for a ride around the yard a few times. The last time she was over, I started up the bike, and she went running away holding her hands over her ears. This time she got pissed when we quit. Women! :)

DW and I stopped at Burger King for lunch about 2:00 PM. I was hungry. I got the "two-fer", an Alaskan fish sandwich and an Original Chicken sandwich for $5, and washed it down with a large mocha frappe. That just about killed my whole day's worth of calories.

Started Jillians Level 3 Weight Loss program on the treadmill this afternoon. I really worked up a sweat. Think I'm at the level I need to be. Lots of hills, and interval workouts. If I keep this up, hilly 5K's shouldn't be much of a challenge. One of these years I'm going to do that hilly 15K in Peoria. Too late to do it this year, maybe next.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend; we shure had some nice 80+ degree weather. Rains are supposed to start again tomorrow. Toodles.

Ooops.... That Burger King meal sure sounds delicious.... Hope you savoured every mouthful. If your going to be naughty, you HAVE to savour it :-D

Haha! I thought about a chicken salad at MacDonalds, and I wish I had done that, or just ate the fish sandwich. It was pretty good. When I started eating the chicken sandwich though, I knew I was just eating to be eating. At least I didn't get the fries. :) You know, I really didn't think one of those coffee frappes were going to be just as thick as a chocolate milk shake. I would have preferred to have just had an iced coffee. Way too many calories! If you start thinking about calories while you're drinking it, how many of you know that takes the fun out it? I'm just glad I pulled the day off without going over my RDI; I almost blew it.

Haha, way to see the silver lining "At least I didn't get the fries" - :) The fries are usually my weakness.. I'm so impressed that you still managed to stay under RDI!!
