Wohoo!!! BRoke through to the other side of 300!!!! I haven't weighed myself in several days cause I was getting rather mad. I kept watching the intake, and trying to get more of a workout every day..and it paid off!!
293.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.5 lb a week

WOW! That's an awesome plateau break there! Good job...obviously whatever you're doin' your body decided to 'give in'! Keep doing it and you'll see even more loss!
