I don't know how good that scale is going to look on Monday morning. I have been binge eating this week. But it has been a hard week emotionally. Also, my little one and I went to a street festival yesterday where we enjoyed funnel cake (among other things)...
In better news, I have decided to start THREE 30 day challenges. I know most people start at the beginning of the month, but I know that if I wait 2 weeks to start, I won't.
So starting today I am doing planks, wall sits, and squats. With these challenges I increase the time (or amount, in the case of the squats) daily, with occasional break days!
So excited! Oh, but does anyone know if I need to be wearing shoes for these things? I can't seem to find an answer online...
