ok - unbelievable what 1 glass of wine will do...I had a - one - glass of wine Sunday (?) and it took me until TODAY to get back down to where the scales were that morning - geez! other than the wine, no fudging! kept to the 25grams of carbs, but instead of being another pound or 2 lower, I'm at the same weight I was 4 days ago. Grrrrr lol So, that means at least one more week, probably more, of Induction. It's very doable, just frustrating. Guess I'll go to Curves and hurt a few machines :P
