Fell off the wagon the day after my spine specialist told me he wants to do surgery on my back for my 2 herniated disks. Scary and stressful! I'm a horrible emotional eater and I held out the best I could, but gave up the fight Friday night. I restarted today, though, and am feeling motivated because I've entered a dietbet online. I have to lose 4% of my body weight in 4 weeks to split the pot of almost $14,000. I can totally do that!
