Good weekend:) I did have some bad food but not in excess. I also did my walking and a couple workouts. I got the Wii Fit Plus this weekend...not to impressed with it. I think I prefer The Biggest Loser for the Wii. I really wish I could afford a treadmill for this winter. I just don't find the cardio to be to effective on the Wii games. I would probably have to be on the Wii for like 4 hours to burn enough calories.

I walk any where from 3-5 miles a day and use trekking poles my son's team trainor showed how to do the workout with the poles it's burns 45% more calories ..check out the poles their very inexpensive and an alternative to a treadmill. have a healthy week

I walk 2 1/2 miles every night right now. I'm not a fan of cold weather so I don't see myself out there in the winter. By the time it gets cold I should be at my goal weight and figuring out how to maintain over the winter. I might get have to get creative:)
