Yeppie!!!! Holiday weekend. I'm probably going to eat more than usual so I will try to get more cardio in over the weekend to try and balance everything out. I'm not going to pig out every meal but I'll most likely have a big meal once each day. I'm really looking forward to having any kind of meat with a pile of ketcup on it:) This has been a super good week with losing 3 pounds and all. Next week should find me in the 140's pretty soon I'll be invisible. I'm 5'7" so I don't want to go much below 140...don't want to look like I'm sick or something.
