Cheated last night with lays potato chips but at least I limited the amount. Was full after that so I had an Atkins shake for breakfast. Before bed blood sugar last night was 124. Got new glucometer since insurance won't cover the strips of the old. I am going to test them both today together to see if they are about the same. It was exciting to see the scale drop into the next number set!
179.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
