Yeah! I finally got off my butt today and walked about 5 miles, then later went for a bike ride with my daughter! I feel so much better!!
I've been off the exercise wagon first because my walking partner was out of town, then I was out of town, then it's been RAINING all week! Bummer! It was nice today, but I about had a heat stroke because I walked around noon...not so smart.
I wouldn't mind more rain, because we need it, and it's supposed to be going on for the next several days...but here's my official promise to make the best of any sunshine we see and JUST DO IT!!
