back to work today... using a cane instead of crutches in the office.... hard to be active so Im trying really hard to eat right.. well besides I left my lunch sitting on the kitchen counter, so its meatloaf and mashed potatoes for lunch today... They serve some amazing, yet fatty food, at work.. I will get over it....
