Yesterday afternoon I literally collapsed from exhaustion - I put off chatting to a friend of mine who lives overseas and got into bed at 8.30 and I was asleep before 9.


It was a physical exhaustion without a doubt - and without the normal sugar and carbs I had to listen to my body and rest.


I did eat some extra fat yesterday and I also ate my portions of heavy veg on Saturday and Sunday (I usually only eat the light veg) - as I knew that this week and weekend had been a little taxing


I am still feeling tired today despite the long sleep - I am hoping that my energy levels re-adjust themselves very soon!

Thanks Kylie I did - but not enough! I realised that the two or three late nights that I had the previous week also contributed to this exhaustion. And that I can no longer go to work come home and try and do other work (poetry and writing stuff) - in other words I can no longer keep myself busy all the time. I really related to what you said last night about filling your life up - it is something that I tend to do! Hope you have had a good day :)
