I have confused myself completely with my weight - last time I weighed I was at 86 (starting weight 87.5) and now I am 85. I am not going to correct it but rather move forward with the correct weight from here.

The power of numbers was really brought home to me when I weighed on Tuesday - I lost 1kg and my immediate reaction was: 'was that all?' I wanted more. Whereas for me losing .5kgs a week is good! and if I continue to lose weight at this rate I will be at my target weight within 6 months. In time for summer! So I had to have a quick attitude adjustment - because this is a journey and the changes I am making are for life!

Today I am still tired but don't feel as exhausted or drained as I did earlier in the week.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

amazing, what a wonderful change in attitude. i really wanted to say that you are such an inspirational woman with the most comforting and nurturing presence. you have so much to share and give those around you, just hoping you give as freely to yourself. xxx
