I may be doing this wrong... today I felt tired all day long. And kind of sad, maybe I´m not taking enough food to go, or I´m missing vitamins or something

hi! I looked at your diet, your sing well, everything looks fairly balanced, only a few days of very high sodium (over 4000, ) hand in they're, some days our bodies just need a break, but if it keeps up, thyroid and b vitamins can cause fatigue. good for you breaking the family fat cycle, just go for healthy :-)

what you said about the sodium is true!! I haven't realized that before because I did not have the option to see how much sodium I was taking. I should stay away from all that canned food.

usa canned and processed meats, or in moderation. it can really wack out a girls body/hormones. lookin good
