I let bad influences (LC) affect me alcohol consumption AND my eating at lunch. As a result my blood sugar went SKY HIGH and I was eating a lot of stuff when it got to be dinner time...not necessarily BAD stuff but a LOT of stuff...today I am SOOO good so far had low carb breakfast and exercised for 90 minutes! Worked the universal machine for 30 minutes (2.5 miles)then switched to treadmill..ran 1 mile and then cooled down for a total of 2.5 miles. Goal to run 15 miles a week (including universal...). I FEEl SO GOOD!!!
