I am very nervous right now, kind of in panic mode. I've been having pain in my left hip for a few days, so I've been taking it very easy. I've spent the majority of my time in bed for two days because it hurts to walk around. Putting on my pants is even a challenge. This isn't a new thing. I've dealt with joint pain for a long time, but I thought that my aches and pains were behind me because I honestly haven't had any problems since I started working out. I don't know if it has something to do with my diet or if I just pushed it a little too hard last week in zumba. It's now Saturday morning, and I NEED to go to zumba. I'm honestly feeling a little better, but I'm not sure if I'm better enough for zumba. I am a very stubborn and determined woman, maybe even a little hard headed at times. I know for a fact that I'm going to go to zumba this morning even though I have no idea if it's the right thing to do. I am so nervous about putting on weight. I want success so badly, and the scale has me 3 pounds up this morning. Another problem is that I still haven't learned to fight temptation when my kids have pizza night. I helped myself to a couple of servings last night. How I wish I could have a do-over. My Saturday zumba class is honestly the only thing I have to look forward to all week, and I'm not going to miss it. I'm going to be very strict with my diet today. I'm going to get those 3 pounds back off within the next couple of days. I'm going to do something that I've never done. I'm going to record my diet for the whole day, and then follow it, rather than making those decisions as I go. I'm just doing this today, and then if it works out I'll do it tomorrow. I just need to get back on track. I also need to drink more water.

Try yoga for your hips. Or look on line for some hip openers. You will be surprised after a couple of times what will happen.
