It was a good weekend.. I didn't and haven't done my food journal and lack of exercise journal, for it's been hectic getting stuff ready for school (I have 2.1 semesters left...lol, I have to make up a class during the summer.) and they start today. As for the weekend, well, I didn't work out, ate pretty starchy, and had birthday cake. It was my sister's birthday. I ate pretty well yesterday though, except for the donut I had. I have a lack of salad in the house, so I've GOT to get out and get some more today, and maybe some chicken strips until I can cook some of my own.

It seems my hormones are more out of whack than I initially thought. BUT it could be cake I had, and too many starch servings that have wreaked havoc on my skin and my mood.

Oh, and I have a glucose meter that I've had since I was pregnant with Owen... and this week, I've decided to just check my glucose levels to ease my mind, or to get into gear. They've been within "normal" range except this morning.. it was rather high- 122.. Hence my reasonings in wanting to get salads and good protein. I think I'm going give my parents a heads up on me going to start Phase 1 all over again. I need to get this sugar CRAP under a balance, and quit being tempted by all things evil in this house. I'll miss my fruity stuff... and the carrots I've found a new love for, but I NEED to do this ASAP.

It's soo hard to go back to Phase 1 after enjoying the fruits of phase 2(carrots are sooo good). I am going back to strict Phase 1 on September 1st, kind of like a do over. My first attempt with SB was when I was unprepared, I see that now, and didn't have the support of FS--I think that this go round (which I haven't really quit SB, I just dangle off the wagon sometimes) will be much more successful. You've already lost weight so you know you can do it it's just maintaining the mindset and reminding yourself that YOU DESERVE THIS!
