I had a good day today. I got up early and walked for 45 minutes with intervals, stretched for 10 minutes and did upper body workout for 15 minutes. I was going to Curves but decided to stick with my challenge I joined which starts in less than an hour. Curves would have been OK too, but I have been going for a year and it is really getting to easy. I think it is time to switch to something else that way I don't get bored.

I know what you mean about Curves - I used to go, but then got really bored, and didn't see any results from it. I talked to the owner about putting at least a treadmill or two in there, but I think its against the Curves rules! Anyway, reat job on the workout!! Keep it up!
