I am so uncomfortable today. My poor belly doesn't know whether its coming or going. The cramps are subsiding, but now I'm kind of sore on the left side. I'll tell you what, I'm going to weigh so much less in the morning! You know, I'm not bloated and that's thanks to last week's meat and veggie exercise. I cleansed myself of that terrible pretzel and bagel habit that I was trying to develop. I love my meat and veggies anyways, that's why its not a diet. I just need to stay on the horse when it comes to moderating carbs like bread and pasta products. Carbs taste so good that its very hard not to gorge on them.
