What a nice strong run I had today. The weather was perfect for it, and I felt good! The week of weather-related rest must have done me good.
I am tired right now though. I'd gotten used to the energy I feel after running. Today, I lack motivation to make my necessary phone calls. So, I'm switching over to paperwork and getting that out of the way.
