Yippee... it is finally paying off! Lost 2.5 lbs this week!!
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1303 kcal Fat: 28.08g | Prot: 62.80g | Carb: 202.00g.   Breakfast: weetabix, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Tea, Leaf, Presweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener . Lunch: activia light, chicken poblano. Dinner: canola oil, mung beans, chapati. Snacks/Other: toblerone, banana, lipton soup. more...
