yay! I finally went down!! This is the weight I stopped at last time i was trying to lose weight (back in March around my bday) I am 12 lbs away from my 10% which is my first goal which is 299 which is yay no longer in the 300's! I am so ready. Last night I worked out way hard. seriously making 1000 calories my minions. I don't know why me eating less isnt helping things lately but it isnt. It is only when I exercise that I see progress.

Today I am going to the state fair. Which should really be called the fried food circus. I need to figure out what I will eat before I go there. The hardest thing for me to turn down is going to be these cookies that they make fresh there. But they are spendy so maybe my parents will get a bucket and I will have a couple. That and a malt. So we will see. I am definitely going to have corn on the cob and maybe a corn dog. which I already looked up and is something like 550 calories combined. It doesnt help matters that my bf and I are having a lunch date today but perhaps he will let me just have a bite of whatever he has and then I can still enjoy the fair food.

Sorry about the food obsessing I just really dont want to be stuck at the same weight for 12 days straight again!

Never apologize for the food obsessing, I am doing that today because I have a lunch date with one of my best friends and i know where we are going doesn't serve the healthiest things. Enjoy the fair, and if you do happen to stumble with the food there just remember tomorrow is a new day and if you get right back on track you should be ok!
