Yay. Working out last night paid off big time. That and eating right. Must keep it up now I am back where I was a week ago... So time to make more progress! yay :)
312.8 lb Lost so far: 26.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 21.0 lb a week
