Was up 2 lbs this morning and worked my butt off yesterday at work so don't know maybe it's TOM coming on... I'm still sick so can't really get a good workout in... I'm sooooo tired and fatigued and dizzy... so went to the doctor and he said smokers are taking 8 weeks to get over this summer cold. I've tried everything under the sun over the last two years to quit and just can't seem to put the nasty things down!
I'm soooo tired I haven't felt like eating so to get calories in I've been drinking my protein shakes and eating Macadamia nuts but just can't stomach salad right now and that's about the only way I like veggies.
I feel like crying and giving up!
