And the crisis continues unabated. My doctor actually told me "It's not paranoia, they really are out to get you."

I'm starting to skimp on the exercise now, too. I only did half my 2 mile walk yesterday, and while I'm getting all my squats and crunches done, if I'm being honest, my "hold for 5 secs" is coming out closer to 2 secs.

Either I'm coming down with a bad cold, or I'm suddenly allergic to something for the first time in my life. My head feels like it's full of rocks. Didn't exactly lead to a peaceful night's rest, but I can't afford an antihistamine or decongestant, so I'll just have to suffer through it, whatever it is.

If I stick to my diet today, it'll be a miracle.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
