I wasn't able to go online yesterday because i had a really long day at work. didn't get much sleep then worked an 8 hour shift. Then I went home and did as much gardening as I could and then an hour long meeting. then i finally went home and had a couple beers and ate out. it was strange though. we went to an all you can eat and all i could eat was some sushi and mixed veggies and a few pieces of coconut shrimp and I was really really full. I've only been on this "new diet" for about three days and I can't believe how much effect it's had on my appetite.
It's been a while since I've had a day off and I want to make as much of it as i can. I'm starting my gym membership back up and eating a really light dinner tonight which will be soup and salad with pita bread. But for a while I have every intention of "vegging" out and relaxing. =)
